What we do
ProCallLink sits between call supply and call demand. On one side, we work with traffic sources and call generators producing genuine inbound interest from homeowners. On the other, we work with plumbing, HVAC, roofing, and other home service businesses who want booked jobs, not unanswered leads.
Every call is measured against a minimum duration before it counts — so businesses pay for engaged conversations, not missed calls or hang-ups.
Why duration-based pricing
A call that lasts ten seconds and a call that lasts three minutes are not the same lead. Duration is the simplest, most transparent proxy for genuine interest, which is why we built our entire pricing model around it instead of vague “lead quality” promises.
We believe both sides of a transaction should be able to verify what they’re paying for and what they’re being paid for, with call recordings available on request.
